We meet with your client and arrange a time to physically stage the major spaces in their home. You may offer this as a service you provide or an option the seller selects. Either way, we are the professionals who make recommendations and stage their home to sell.
What does it cost? For a 2,500 square foot home, our fee is $250. Props and furniture are additional.
For Sale By Owner:
You must take every step possible to get positive exposure for your home. Curb appeal and how your home "shows" is very important!
